What is Movement Sanctuary?
Movement Sanctuary is a safe space where we focus on the quality of our movement through breath, intentional practice, understanding muscle initiation, discussion and play. This class provides an opportunity to explore movement in a deeper, more connected way. Each session is unique and allows you to choose your own adventure (through song/move requests and the freedom to adapt moves to your body/mood). Movement prompts and feedback are provided by the Movement Sanctuary facilitator, with the goal to empower, explore, and refine. This is a place for community and connection, where we cultivate positive self talk and presence.
